Venda Joyce Greener of Heyburn, Idaho passed away on Friday March 21, 2025 at Highland Estates in Burley at the age of 76 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.  My mother was born June 13, 1948 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Olan Sharp and Venice Dockstader.  She graduated from Burley High School in 1967.  She married my Dad, Dale Greener on April 3, 1969 in Elko, Nevada.  They were married for 53 years at the time of Dads passing in December 2022.  Mom spent most of her life as a mother to her two sons, Robert (Heyburn) and Corey (Nampa).  She loved animals and always had dogs and cats around the house.  She also loved to watch TV, play games on her Ipad, cooking and spending time doing yard work and gardening.  She is survived by her two sons, her brother Steve (Sue) Sharp of Filer, Idaho and many nephews and nieces.  I would like to thank the staff of Highland Estates for caring for my mother and the Intermountain Hospice team during her short time there.  No viewing and no services will be offered as she wished to be cremated.  I love you Mom and I will miss you so much!

I am so sorry for both of your loss. Your mom was amazing neighbor, friend, neighborhood mom. She I watched Grease together at your house, she always made it so fun. When I wanted to come over and play ball, she was right there to move the car. So I or any of the neighborhood kids could play… When we were growing up, it was good times.
