Condolences for Alta Altom McIntosh

From: Richard Williams
To the family of Alta McIntosh. Condolences.
Many years ago, 1955, when i was a junior at Oakley high school, Alta and Howard were stake dance directors and I was a participant in practices once or twice a week for 6 months and we prepared to dance in the all-church dance festival in Salt Lake. It was an enjoyable experience, being taught by Howard and Alta, and something I look back upon with fond memories. Every time I saw them after that we always stopped to speak and to remember those times.
Your loss will be felt by the Oakley community and by all those who knew Alta.

Richard Williams (son of May Sharp)

Dale and I send our sympathy to Lance , Wendy and the Altoms too. Alta was very good to me when I taught in Oakley.

From: Lynne P. Boren
I am sorry that I can't attend the funeral in Oakley, but I do wish to send my love and condolences. I had many interactions with Alta during the years I was in Oakley, at Clark’s, the family home, church activities, school activities. We were visiting teaching companions for a while, and that was especially close and dear to me. After she and Denver moved to Utah, I would walk past the home and remember all of you there and her love for the beautiful yard. I know that many people still in Oakley remember her with love and will fill the church for the funeral along with your family. God bless all of you. How dear it is to know the eternal plan of happiness that links families together forever.
Love,
Lynne Boren

I am so sorry to hear of Alta's passing. I remember her working at Clark's when I was in high school. She was always so good to me as a kid. She is a great woman and I am sure had a great reunion when she got on the other side. My condolences to all.

To Alta's Family,
My wife and I went to High School in Oakley in the 70's at which time Alta worked at Clark's.
