Debra “Debbie” Lynn Thomas passed away on September 22, 2019 in Rupert, ID. She was 56.
Debbie was born on July 22, 1963 in Burley, ID to her parents, Neal and Linda Thomas. She attended Burley High School and then spent many years working at the ORE-IDA plant in Burley. Debbie married Jerry Stout in 1983 and had two children while together. She enjoyed spending time outdoors camping, hunting, and fishing. Debbie especially loved activities with her family and getting to see everyone at family gatherings. Debbie is survived by her two sons, Tyson and Ryan Stout; her parents, Neal and Linda Thomas; her siblings, Steven (and Marianne) and Brenda Thomas; her grandson, Ryker Stout (son to Ryan Stout and Brittaney Fanning), several nieces and nephews; and her significant other, Virgil Wageman. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her granddaughter, Alison Stout (daughter to Ryan Stout and Brittaney Fanning); and her uncle, Lynn Thomas. Debbie will be cremated, and a private memorial will take place at a later date. She will be interred at Pleasant View Cemetery in Burley, ID.
