Dennis E. Klauser, Best Grampi & Dad forever, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 18, 2015. He was born on June 12, 1945 to Helen Ulrich Temple and Edward Klauser in Paul, Idaho.  Dennis married Vicky and they had two sons, Christopher & Clint.  In January 11, 1985, he married the love of his life, Patricia Smith Halbert and inherited nine more children who he loved and raised for the rest of his life.  He taught us how to hunt and fish.  He taught many of us his long life trade, welding.  He loved to play cribbage, make fishing lures, go fishing, camping and Elk Camp.  But most of all he loved his family.  He is survived by his children, Andy (Brenda) Halbert, Lorie (Darin) Christofferson, Donna (Marc) Anderson, Lori (Don) Sprattley, Gilbert (Kim) Halbert, Janet (Darin) Driscoll, Deanna Dayley (Thomas Evans), Jim Dayley, Christina (Robert) Freer, Chris Klauser; His siblings, Carol Lieby, Arlene Warr, Ronnie Klauser; 37 grandkids and 23 great grandkids.  He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia, his son Clint and his parents.  Much love we send to “The man he didn’t have to be”.  We love you with all our hearts.   Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Morrison Funeral Home, 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert.
