Patricia Jordan Kossman Kelley, 68 year old Heyburn resident, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 18, 2017 at her home in Heyburn surrounded by her family. Patricia was born in Indio California on February 21, 1949 the daughter of Elmer and Imogene Jordan. She grew up in Perris, California and went to school there until her sophomore year of high school. Then her parents move to Idaho where she graduated in 1968, from Declo High school. She married Kenneth Gayle Kossman. They later divorced. They had two sons, Darwin and Matthew. She married Richard Kelley in 2000. She worked for J.R. Simplot Company until they closed. She graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and went on to work for the State of Idaho as a social worker in child protection services until she took an early retirement. She loved horses and rode with the Minidoka Wranglers for many years. She is survived by her husband, Richard Kelley. Her sons, Darwin (Teresa) Kossman of Twin Falls, Idaho. Matthew (Heidie) Kossman of Saratoga Springs, Utah, Three stepchildren, Sheldon Kelley and Victor (Jennifer) Kelley, both of Boise and Carrie (Ken) Bowman of Tucson, AZ. Her father, Elmer (E.D.) Jordan, brother Larry Jordan both of Hemet, Ca. Sisters, Janice (Steve) Schaeffer of Paul, Idaho and Deborah (Don) Hastings of Idana, Oregon. Her father and mother-in-law, Ray and Ellen Kelley. Sister-in-laws LaRae (Royce) Tolman and Jenny (Lewis) Young. Nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Imogene Jordan, four brothers, Rickey, Paul, Danny, Robbie Jordan and Stepmother, Katherine Jordan. A gathering for Friends and Family will be held on Friday evening from 6:00 until 7:00 at the Morrison Funeral Home, 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Truth Tabernacle 2459 Hiland Ave in Burley with Pastor Quinn Yarbrough officiating.
