Jane May Kinsey, 59, of Declo, Idaho, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017. She was born July 12, 1958 in Bristol, PA.  She was the daughter of John and Virginia Ellis, She was preceded in death by her son Mark Kinsey, her sister Ruthy Greene, and her parents.

She is survived by her significant other Richard Kinsey of Declo, ID; her daughters Jennifer (Andrew) Casey and Katie (Cain) Cuevas both of Rupert, ID; her 3 step children-Kim (Scott) Simmons of Utah, Shannon (Shelly) Kinsey of Utah, and Justin (Shalan) Kinsey of Utah; her sister Virginia Mary (Russell) Toothman, and her 3 brothers-John (Bonnie) Ellis of PA, George (Janet) Ellis of PA, and Edwin Ellis of NH; 18 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Jane served 17+ years in the Air Force, where she earned the title of Staff Sgt. Early in life she really enjoyed softball and helping her family on the farm.  As she grew older she enjoyed riding horses, fishing, camping, and she became an avid archer. The latter part of her life she really enjoyed prospecting.

Services will be held at Morrison Funeral Home at 188 South Hwy 24, Rupert, Idaho. The viewing will be held Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017 from 6-7 P.M. and an additional viewing will be from 9 to 9:45, the funeral will be held Friday, Sept. 8, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.
