Cindy and family, Words fail me at this time. Sid has always been "bigger than Life" and a huge influence for good for so many people in the Oakley valley and beyond. i will always look up to him because of his kindness, positive outlook on life, amazing sense of humor, and his willingness to help others. He has left an amazing legacy and touched so many lives- especially while working with so many of the youth in the community. i know that this legacy will go on for generations. i am so thankful to know that families are eternal and that you will once again be together.
Cindy, i have always felt such a special bond, friendship and admiration for you. Please accept my sincere regret that I will not be able to be there for sid's service. my love and prayers are with you and your family at this time

I am so saddened to hear that Sid has gone to the next life. It is better for him, considering his circumstances, but so sad for those he leaves behind. You will be in my prayers and i know the lord will bless you with peace and comfort.

Sid and Cindy, there are so many thoughts going through my head. Sid and I have gone way back at least since first grade. I have so many fun memories. Cindy, when you moved to Oakley, my home town I love, we became instant friends.
We have enjoyed all the times we have spent with you guys and and smetimes our kids. I'm so thankful you came and stayed during the state games last year. We are certainly going to miss Sid, Cindy. When it' s time for a break you know where we live or I am always just a phone call away. Gary said he always enjoyed visiting with Sid talking about sports and politics. He enjoyed his laughter. We are sure going to miss him.

There will always be a place in my heart for Sid. At one time we were going to be brothers, for some reason we went our separate ways but I always thought of the family. I had just heard he was a coach in Oakley should have known, was planning to go to Oakley this summer to find him. My heart is missing a piece. May he rest in peace I always thought a lot of him.
