Craig Ennis, 65 year old Rupert resident, died Friday, June 15, 2018 at his home in Rupert. He was born on April 9, 1953 in Burley, Idaho, the son of Donald and Sharon Gibson Ennis. He was a graduate of Minidoka High School. Craig’s interests included cards, fishing, golfing and reading. He is survived by his daughter Heather Ray of Falls Church, VA; mother, Sharon Ennis of Rupert, his brothers Kim Ennis of Rupert and Terry Ennis of Mulino, Oregon. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 22, 2018 at the Morrison Funeral Home, 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert. A private urn placement will take place at the Rupert Cemetery at a later date. Services are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home & Crematory.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Craig's passing. I often remember the fun we had as young boys roaming the countryside. Even though we lost touch, I have always considered him a close friend. I also remember how nice it was to go to his house, where siblings and parents were so inviting and kind. The world will be a sadder place without him.
