Fidel T. Rodriguez 81 of Burley, went to be with the Lord on May 20, 2014.  He was born April 24, 1933 in Donna Texas, the son of Jose and Guadalupe Torres Rodriguez.  Fidel owned and operated Rodriguez Trucking, driving for many area farmers and agricultural companies until his passing.  Fidel is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary Rodriguez; his children David (Flor) Rodriguez, Elizabeth (Yato) Flores, Joann Rodriguez; four grandchildren, Tawni Kristie, Courtney, Adrian; seven great grandchildren, Jaida, Taiya, Maiya, Ciara, Bryanna, Amanee, Britnee.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose & Guadalupe Rodriguez; brothers Juan, Meliton, Esteban; sister, Socorro.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the Mountain View Christian Center 317 West 27th Street with Pastor Andrew Rodriguez officiating.  Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in Heyburn.  A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 at the Mountain View Christian Center, 317 West 27th Street and from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday prior to the funeral at the Church.
