DEANNE BELL
OAKLEY - Deanne Tovey Bell went to be with her Heavenly Father on October 27th, 2019. She was born on April 29, 1939 in Bountiful, Utah to Raymond Charles Tovey and Ruth Batt Tovey. She was the second of five children. She grew up and lived in Woods Cross and Bountiful, Utah until she met Clifford B. Bell. They were sealed for time and all eternity on August 29, 1958 in the Salt Lake Temple. They were married for 63 years. They moved to Oakley, Idaho in 1967. They had four Children, Craig Bell (Melody) South Jordan, Utah, Robert Bell (Deborah), Mark Bell (Diane), Lisa McKnight (Louie) of Oakley, Idaho. She had a love for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. One of her favorite callings was Relief Society President. She enjoyed working on genealogy and spending time with her family. She valued her time and friendships she made while owner of Snacks and Things. She is survived by her husband Clifford, her children, her siblings Shirley Handy, Kim Tovey, Janice Gledhill and Sharon Moss. Also 10 Grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the Oakley Stake Center in Oakley, Idaho with Bishop Wayne Lind officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakley Cemetery. Friends may call Friday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 at the Oakley Stake Center and from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 at the church on Saturday prior to the funeral. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home, 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert.
