Charlene F. Downey was called home on Monday Morning December 20th, 2021 Charlene was 70 years old. Born to Wade and Marilyn Downey on June 23, 1951 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Charlene was the first of five Siblings. Donna Swedza, Michael Downey, Carla Krueger, and Shari Salmka.
Charlene is preceded in death by her father Wade Downey, Mother Marilyn Downey and her brother Michael Downey as well as her Nephew Daniel Swedza. Charlene is survived by her daughters Nicole Coffey( Patrick Coffey ) Jennifer Grout (Robert Grout) and three sisters. Donna Swedza, Carla Krueger, Shari Slamka and sister in law Sharon Downey.
Charlene is Survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews that love her dearly.
Charlene Served her country in the United States Marine Corps from 1968 to 1972. Shortly after she became a mother. Charlene Worked extremely hard for her family and continued to do so until her retirement. Charlene lived most of her life in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she loved the hustle and bustle of the city. In 2016 Charlene embarked on a new adventure and moved to Rupert, Idaho to be closer to her daughter Jennifer Grout and son in law Robert Grout. which Charlene was able to spend her remaining years with her younger grandchildren.

There will be a Private memorial service in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 20th.
