Kenneth Alexander Kaiser Sr., 79 year old Rupert resident, died Sunday, December 11, 2016 in Twin Falls. Kenneth A.K.A. "Sonny" was born on January 23, 1937 in Rupert, Idaho, the son of David and Mary Martin Kaiser. He attended schools in Rupert and graduated from Rupert High School in 1955. He also attended Idaho State University in Pocatello. Kenneth was a USMC Veteran serving in the Marine Corp from 1956-1959 and was honorably discharged. Kenneth was an active member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Rupert. Kenneth did many different things to provide for his family including Truck Driving, working for Simplot and Farm Fresh. He loved horse racing and rodeo. He was an avid Green Bay Packer and Boise State Bronco Fan. Kenneth is survived by his children, Kenneth A. Kaiser Jr. Of Boise, Anita Woolstenhulme of Declo, Ron Kaiser of Henderson, NV; his sisters, Shirlee: Priest, Bette Eames, LaVonne Wilcox and June Lewis. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, four brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 909 8th Street in Rupert. Burial will follow in the Paul Cemetery with Military Rites provided by the Mini-Cassia Veterans Auxiliaries. Friends may call Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Morrison Funeral Home, 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert and one hour prior to the services at the church on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert.
