Dorothy Lee Frayer, 70, was reunited with her soulmate in heaven on December 28th 2017. She was born to Cecil and Eva Millspaugh on January 13th in Casa Grande, Arizona. She married James Frayer on September 3rd 1967 they had 2 children. Mechella Frayer(Bowlin) and Larry Frayer. She worked at McCains for 25 years before leaving to care for her husband and soulmate. She had an amazing heart and the soul of an angel willing to help anyone one in need. She loved spending her time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: a brother Ray Millspaugh, her sister Sharon Millspaugh, her parents Cecil and Eva and her husband James, two nieces and one nephew. She is survived by: her children Mechella Frayer(Bowlin) and Larry(Julie)Frayer. Her siblings, Allie(Dan)Reeves, Edgar(Vicki)Millspaugh, Randy (Sharon) Millspaugh Grandchildren: Shantel Frayer, Lacey Frayer, Chance and Austin Bowlin, Marina Frayer, Keegan Robinson, Talon Frayer and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018 at the Truth Tabernacle Church 2469 Highland ave. Burley, Idaho. In lieu of flowers a memorial account in Dorothy’s name has been set up at Wells Fargo.
