Eldina Haynes of Paul, Idaho passed away on June 25, 2018 at Creekside Care Center in Jerome, ID at the age of 90. Eldina was born on July 11, 1927 in Paul to David and Catherine Heinze. She graduated from Paul High School. She met Floyd Haynes at the Y-Dell bowl in Burley. They later married on September 26, 1948. In 1958 they drew a farm and moved to the Kasota area where they farmed for 12 years. In 1970, they relocated to the city of Paul. Eldina enjoyed working in various retail businesses where everyone who met her loved her. She was an active member of the Paul Congregational Church and loved being involved with all the church activities, especially cooking and singing in the choir. Her #1 priority was her family.

She is survived by her children, Kathy Uhrig, Colleen Leighton, Susan (Dave) Shockey; her grandchildren, Cacee (Art) Valencia, Zach (Mary) Uhrig, Hollee Leighton, Jerica Denniston and her great grandchildren, Marissa, Isabella, Diego, Ethan, Elijah, Matthew, Jackson, Nathan and Daniel. She is preceded in death by her husband Floyd Haynes, her parents and her brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the Ebenezer Congregational Church 129 North 2nd West in Paul with Pastor John Downs, officiating. Burial will follow in the Paul Cemetery. A viewing will be held Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00PM at the Morrison Funeral Home, 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Eldina's life.

So, so sorry for your loss but we all know she is much happier now.  Lots of happy memories of those card playing days with mom and dad.  The farm was a blast! Love you guys!!
