JACK RICHARD KEHRER
RUPERT - Jack R Kehrer passed away Saturday night, March 26th, 2022. He was the third son of Robert and Roberta Kehrer of Jerome, Idaho. He was raised on his grandparent's homestead in a lava rock house with his siblings Robert, David, and Judy (deceased). He went to school in Pleasant Plain Grade School and Jerome High School. In 1959 he joined the Idaho Army National Guard and served 29 years, obtaining the rank of master sergeant. He married Agnes Schisler in 1964. They would have celebrated 58 years of marriage May 23rd. He passed away March 26th at their home in Rupert, Idaho. He is survived by his wife and two children Richard (wife Mary) and Jill (husband Pete), nine grandchildren and brother-in-law George Schisler. In leiu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to the Episcopal Endowment fund of Saint Matthews in Rupert, Idaho or Hospice Visions Inc. in Twin Falls, Idaho. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday April 1, 2022 at the St Matthews Episcopal Church 902 6th Street in Rupert. Cremation services are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home, 188 South Hwy 24 in Rupert.

Sorry to hear about Jack. Grew up and played with jack and Judy And Dave out on the farm north of Jerome. And went to pleasant plains school with them. Me and my brothers called him Jackie. Later in life he got a kick out of that.
